The grimoire's stated purpose for this seal is expansive and unusually warm for a Solomonic working: it is documented as serving "for acquiring glory, honours, dignities, riches, and great tranquillity of mind," making it one of the most directly beneficent pentacles in the entire text. Where many Solomonic seals command spirits or repel harm, this one simply invites Jupiter's abundant, expansive current to settle over the practitioner's standing in the world.

Jupiter in ceremonial tradition governs expansion, benevolence, law, and rightful reward — the planet of the judge, the professor, and the successful merchant rather than the raw accumulation of Saturn or the aggressive gain of Mars. This pentacle is therefore particularly well suited to workings around promotion, public reputation, professional licensure, awards, or any situation where recognition and dignity, not just money, are the desired outcome. The tranquility of mind named alongside the honors is not incidental: the pentacle is documented to settle the anxious striving that often accompanies ambition, so that success arrives alongside genuine peace rather than exhausted vigilance.

The working is best performed on a Thursday in the hour of Jupiter, ideally as the moon waxes toward fullness, mirroring the pentacle's expansive character. The finished seal is carried on the practitioner's person, or worn as a lamen, whenever they enter a situation where they wish their honor and standing to be recognized.
