The Cascade of Light is a self-cleansing ritual that uses the most powerful purifying force in existence — the direct light of the divine source, channeled through the practitioner's own crown chakra. Unlike other cleansing methods that use physical elements like salt or smoke, this working operates entirely on the level of spirit, reaching down to the cellular and even quantum level of the being.
The practitioner sits or stands with arms raised in a receptive position while visualizing their crown chakra opening fully. A column of pure white light — the light of the Ain Soph, the Boundless One of Qabalistic tradition — descends from the highest spiritual realm through the practitioner's crown, filling the entire body with radiance so intense that it dissolves all darkness, all stagnation, all impurity.
The light then flows downward through the body, pushing out everything that does not belong. It flows out through the feet, hands, and every pore of the skin, taking with it all energetic debris. The practitioner may see dark shapes or colors leaving their body in the visualization — these are the residues of stress, illness, negative emotions, and psychic attacks that have accumulated over time.
