The ritual is performed at night at a crossroads. A torch-candle is consecrated with offerings of garlic and honey.
The healing works from the underworld upward — warmth begins in the feet and rises through the body, burning away every shadow of sickness as it ascends.
Ritual Steps
Create the Underworld Gate
Place candle in cauldron. Arrange garlic and honey to the north. Light candle with Hekate's call.
